The evaluation of learning, in moments of profound educational transformations, forces all actors to deepen their study, in order to also achieve perfection and adjust it to current times. For this, it is important to understand the trends that are revealed and, above all, to reflect on this. Undoubtedly, it is essential to establish trends, facilitate a scheme of organization of reality around the object of study. This work reflects in synthesis by its authors an approach in this direction, from the theory and practice of educational evaluation.
