FLORES VILLACRES, Emilio Javier; VALLE NAVARRO, Katiusca Tamara  e  MONTALVAN ESPINOZA, Janina Alexandra. The neuro linguistic programming and its rebuttal in the teaching of enterpreneurship. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2018, vol.10, n.5, pp. 44-50.  Epub 02-Dez-2018. ISSN 2218-3620.

Many theories about the role of experience during the enterpreneur's learning have been hypothesized, and that is being changed to a neurolinguistic programming of the sales process of this. Our critical reflection aims to highlight some of the shortcomings of the theory of experiential learning in entrepreneurs and illustrates how alternative theoretical perspectives have the potential to advance conceptual understanding of business learning processes, striving for an explanation of it as a dynamic process and self-regulated that is based on planning, monitoring and self-reflection. In this review, it is pursued to differentiate the term neuro linguistic in its true educational contextual genre and how poorly it is applied in the field of business management in the sales area. Recent advances in educational psychology are supporting our understanding of business practice in various ways, thanks to which, it is presented how despite the strengths of experiential learning, enterpreneurs can benefit from a systematic approach to self-regulate their learning and, subsequently, develop and improve their self-regulatory learning abilities, which is what has been thought to be neurolinguistic learning.
