This article has taken investigations about indigenous universities in order to do emphasis in the process of self-assessment of the careers of the Bolivian Indigenous University Aymara Tupak Katari (UNIBOL A-TK) which lacks of an evaluation system, situation that didn’t let the careers to do their self-assessment. This study has the objective to reflect about the desinstitutionalization of the self-assessment of the careers of the UNIBOL A-TK. This investigation can be used as a theoretical and methodological reference for the treatment of the thematic.
