The contents of this article come from a research aimed at devising procedures for the speeches as a special type of texts. It offers reading tools for disclosing and inferring meaning resulting in reading skills development. Consequently, this work objective is to illustrate the use of the global comprehension dynamic developmental method for the exegesis of a cluster of texts in revealing nuances of meaning. The findings include the procedures of the method referred above. These procedures allow a full analysis of speeches delivered by José Martí, selected from a systemic perspective. The global comprehension dynamic emerges from the reader interaction with the texts related in the cluster and their correspondence context.
