The article analyzes the solidarity economy as a model of participatory and inclusive development of a democratic system, the second purpose to establish the challenges and opportunities that solidarity sector organizations encounter in relation to the current institutional framework in Colombia and rural agrarian reform and finally The third objective seeks to unravel the characteristics of the economic vision of the current system of government in Colombia, which covers from 2018 to 2022, making a correlation with the institutions of the solidarity sector. The emphasis focuses the research in establishing the foresight of the organizations of the solidary sector, given its opportunity to improve the social and economic dynamics in the Colombian rural development in force of the current and subsequent presidential period.
