The purpose of this article is to describe the frequency with which the students of the Superior Normal School reflect on their pedagogical practice experience. The study makes use of a quantitative methodology to analyze the factors related to the use of reflection in pedagogical practice and the mediation that educational actors make in this training process, considering the influence they exert may be essential for their training and the need that its influence is articulated with the purpose of increasing the frequency of reflective practice, emphasizing pedagogical reflection (teaching and learning) and critical reflection, in the purpose of transcending teacher training.
