The transformation of society is given by productivity and the conversions of products that generate added value, which implies posing the problem. How to contribute to the productivity and conversion of disinfectants in the city of Quevedo? Giving rise to designing a model of business strategies for the company that produces and markets disinfectants in the Quevedo city. The research field was applied to the economically active population through the different theoretical and empirical methods such as: deductive inductive, analytical-synthetic and structural-functional systemic, and as a technique the survey was used, the possibilities allow to determine the strategy and productivity in local, national markets that boost the economy and improve the socio-economic level of the community.
