The latest scientific and technological advances demand that university graduates permanently maintain an up-to-date professional training. Thus, some modifications in the postgraduate teaching process must be suitably put forward. The aim of this article is to evaluate the results derived of the implementation of teaching strategies that sought to promote interactivity in the virtual environment of postgraduate courses at the University of Cienfuegos. Theoretical and empirical methods were used that allowed to analyze background information of the research problem. A diagnosis was made to identify strengths and weaknesses for their implementation in the Master of Education program at the University of Cienfuegos and the results were processed using the SPSS v.25 package. The strategy and methodological guidelines for their implementation were prepared. It was evaluated, through a variable assigned to that purpose, in the Master of Education program at the University of Cienfuegos.
