The document is the result of an applied research in the rural sector of Milagro, specifically in the Simón Bolívar canton and the Mariscal Sucre Parish, as part of the Rights for Everyone Program throughout the Life of the research line Quality of Systems Educational in the Initial Education career of the State University of Milagro, based on a goal of the National Development Plan of Ecuador that seeks to increase the percentage of girls and boys under the age of five who participate in early childhood programs. The research work took 12 months with the participation of five teachers and 96 students in the internship phase. The scope reached 103 children benefiting from the project in Cantón Simón Bolívar and 120 in Mariscal Sucre. The objectives were to identify in the literature the way that stimulation intervenes in the child and basic training of the parents; Involve mothers in early stimulation activities and practice activities or exercises in early stimulation sessions carried out by mothers in order to contrast the results of the before and after the research with favorable results in children in terms of development cognitive.
