Inclusive education has the purpose of facilitating educational attention that allows the maximum possible development of students, as well as the cohesion of all members of the educational community, the latter considered as all the agents that are related to the institution. In this perspective, tutoring in the training of the professional in Higher Education becomes significant, inasmuch as it allows offering attention to students, based on their needs from a dimension of equity and equal opportunities. In this article, tutoring is conceived from the field of personal, academic and professional guidance, based on a cognitive, affective and professional conception and formative and systemic intervention aimed at monitoring, accompanying and supporting students, regardless of their individual characteristics, considering diversity. A methodological proposal is presented for the accompaniment tutoring process with students of the Primary Education Career at the University of Cienfuegos, in order to provide care in correspondence with their potential and needs, based on the participation of the teachers of the career and those who work as tutors in educational institutions.
