The media are looking in the 21st century for the development of digital platforms or content to integrate linguistic messages, still images, moving images and sound in the same device. For this reason, this study aims to investigate how a good company dedicated to digital content should be developed, its context, history, strategy, content, challenges and integration in the 21st century. On the other hand, we will identify the importance of digital content for the media of Puerto Rico and finally, it will serve as a working tool for the development of future companies that seek new content experiences through the Internet.
