The incorporation of Information and Communication Technologies in education has accelerated globally. The changes in the way in which educational activities are carried out in Ecuador are due to the growing technological advance, making it necessary to use learning platforms and web resources as a pedagogical strategy. The objective of this study is to analyze the web tools that law professors can use to improve the academic development of their students. An investigation was carried out using the Entropy method, to analyze the alternative in terms of scope and objective of integrating the most relevant web 2.0 resources for teaching and learning. The results obtained are focused on the elaboration of a complete study plan that includes all the topics and skills necessary for the proper use of web 2.0, as well as the training of teachers.
