In the present work, a retrospective analysis is carried out with the objective of assessing the degree of association between knowledge management, organizational learning and global assessment level in companies that sell soft drinks in Puno, during 2012. The mixed approach was developed, with a non-experimental descriptive cross-sectional and correlational design. A non-probabilistic sample of 375 investors belonging to companies in that region was selected. Descriptive information was collected from previous studies obtained through questionnaires. The descriptive results point to a regular global evaluation, attributed to the organization by a considerable percentage of investors, an aspect to be taken into account by these companies to improve their performance. High and direct correlations were obtained between the study variables through contingency tables (Chi square) and Cramer's V correlation coefficient. The study confirms that for Puno companies, organizational learning is the foundation of knowledge management, and this, in turn, is the basis for promoting intellectual capital and its organizational capacity.
