Inclusive education within the university context is an essential process in the life of the human being, where the institution of higher education, together with the administrative authorities, teaching staff, students and employees, can develop their skills and abilities in an equal and equitable. The objective of the research is focused on describing the characteristics of the University Educational Inclusion process of the Student Mothers of the Santa Elena Peninsula State University, in the year 2023. The methodology is descriptive with a mixed approach. The study addresses two techniques for collecting information, the online survey and the interview. For this, a sample of 282 student mothers belonging to the UPSE was calculated, at the time of application a total of 308 were obtained. The results indicate that child care is a risk factor that affects the access and permanence of the students that they are mothers It is concluded that, at the University, it is not possible to demonstrate the implementation of policies, programs or projects that seek to improve the inclusive process and the quality of educational life of the object of study. Finally, recommendations are proposed in correspondence with the findings obtained.
