SUNOL ROBLES, Jorge Alejandro. The (opposing view) distinguishing marks of the user: Influence of the comments of the users in the construction of the media diary of the if http://www.cubadebate.cu/. ARCIC [online]. 2019, vol.8, n.20, pp. 29-39.  Epub 01-Jun-2019. ISSN 2411-9970.

The emergence and development of digital media propitiate an information revolution that forces traditional media to rethink their modes of production and their position with respect to audiences who, converted into users, have the possibility of interacting effectively with message transmitters. The media agenda, years ago, was far from what the audience requested and legitimized. Today, internationally, it is a common practice to find content produced by users, which enrich the information processes. Although in Cuba this scenario is not yet daily, the website www.cubadebate.cu (CD) opens spaces for interactivity and participation, through which the public agenda of its users is expressed. This research, focused from a qualitative perspective, proposes a diagnosis that analyzes the influence of user comments on the construction of the CD media agenda; supported by the application of scientific research methods and techniques, such as analysis and synthesis, content analysis and interviewing key informants.

Palavras-chave : media agenda; public agenda; interactivity; user comments.
