A preliminary diagnosis of Document Management is carried out at the Centro Nacional de Biopreparados (BioCen), using the initial level of the Document Management and File Management Model for the Network of Transparency and Access to Information (A-Management Policy of Documents and Files, B-Open Government and Transparency, C- Electronic Administration). For this, a questionnaire is applied (March 2019), and different documentary sources are valued (September-December 2019). The results show that BioCen has a beginner level in Document Management.
