VALDES MARTINEZ, Ariel Eduardo  e  TORRES PONJUAN, Déborah. Proposal to develop informational, digital and media competencies from the National Center for Medical Sciences Information (INFOMED). ARCIC [online]. 2021, vol.10, n.26, pp. 53-81.  Epub 01-Ago-2021. ISSN 2411-9970.

The human resources competencies in any organization need to be identified and shaped to enhance professional development. They are acquired through multiple literacies. In a century where information and knowledge are two of the governing pillars, it is essential to develop skills in the use of information, the new technologies and the media. The National Center for Medical Sciences Information takes this approach. In this regard, the research aims to design a proposal to develop information, digital and media competencies. Methods and techniques such as analysis-synthesis, documentary analysis, questionnaire and interview are used. A theoretical approach is made to the phenomena of multiliteracy and the referred competences. The institution's virtual learning environment and existing training strategies are characterized. As a main result, a virtual course described in phases of design, development and evaluation is created.
