GONZALEZ PEREZ, Maritza; DOMINGUEZ REYES, Yunier; REYES PENA, Yuriam  e  GONZALEZ HERNANDEZ, Raúl. Validation of the amino nitrogen determination technique to trophin in its liquid form. Rev Cubana Farm [online]. 2008, vol.42, n.1, pp. 0-0. ISSN 1561-2988.

The objective of this paper was to validate the nitrogen determination technique by the titering method, which is used in the quantification of this component in the antianemic and tonic trophin. A pattern curve was prepared with a known concentration culture medium of amino nitrogen to determine the linearity of the pattern and it was compared with that of the sample by regression analysis. Accuracy studies were conducted and no significant differences were found between R and the 100 % for S p > 0.05; in the repeatability, it was observed that the coefficient of variation was lower that 5 %; whereas in the specificity no marked differences were detected for p > 0.05 between the addition of the amino nitrogen of the mixture of raw materials and trophin. The variation coefficient was under 10 % in the intermediate precision. As regards the assay range, the amino nitrogen concentrations were 0.07, which is the working range of the quality specification for trophin
