The Cuban Ministry of Public Health has drawn as a strategy the achievement of excellence in health care, necessarily including the quality in health services rendered; aspects considered in the concept of Revolution defined by the Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz and extrapolated to the care environment so that it is fully known by all the health sector workers.
