The guiding professor has a main and decisive role in the education of his students, since the organized educational work with skills is one of the conditions to raise the teaching quality in the school. Also, it is his duty to carry out all the curricular and extracurricular activities with his students. In this work the basic elements which the guiding professors should know when they begin this activity are highlighted, to contribute to the improvement of the educational work as for its orientation, planning and evaluation.
