The increase of successful entrepreneurs is reflected in the evolution of enterprise development, as indicators that reflect the reality of entrepreneurship, it is proposed to demonstrate this dynamic through a diagnosis on the promotion and creation of new enterprises, and spirit Business in the Pastaza province of Ecuador. The analysis focuses on the prospects of the entrepreneur knowledge, relevant factors and socio-economic contribution of entrepreneurship, pointing to the existence of favorable conditions for economic growth of the province signals, making good management and adequate support from the State ventures, related new geographical areas and promoting new products, goods and services, is also added to the index to improve the infrastructure of entrepreneurship, research results from the selection of those entrepreneurs seen as leaders in the province and around of which they have established various indicators that reflect a reality of entrepreneurship in the province of Pastaza in Ecuador.
