The present publication is the result of a research did it in the Cements Cienfuegos S.A. Factory, its general objective was establish a procedure to identify and evaluate the improving opportunities. The main results are focus in the proposal of the procedure that it become as an effort to make it easy the process improves with the integration of the management systems; at same time give you possibilities in the measurement of the feasibility and actions impacts. This was establishing as an instruction to selection and treatment of improving opportunities in the cement industry.
