Management is mandatory for the effective use of increasingly expensive and complex information technology infrastructures. As a result of the evolution of information technology infrastructure management, multiple reference frameworks have emerged. In this article, in order to integrate the most used reference frameworks, a procedure is proposed that hierarchizes organizational capacities through a variable reduction method, obtaining an integrated process framework. Its application contributes to the management of information technology infrastructure management, facilitating alignment with the needs of each organization.
