This work studies the design of a tool which primary objective is to capture all IP traffic on different access technologies present on mobile devices that use Windows Phone 7 operating system. In order to achieve the best results, we propose that this tool is run on the terminals themselves, to get a real sense of performance offered by the different protocols.
