The experiences in universities of the world spread to highlight the ways to sum up the policies of the law of promotion of health by means of the forms (plans, programs, strategies, methodologies, projects and activities), the place (universities, communities, companies) and the actors (student-professors, family-community) as via to impact in the health of the members of the university community. The present work has as objective to socialize the practical experiences that it has more than enough promotion of health they reveal the Ibero-American universities that point as regulated that the educational pattern that is used in each university, should include a program of attention of integral health that looks for to modify habits and behaviors of life in those implied. For the study the systematizing is used like method since allows to learn, to exchange and to develop through the practice the lessons learned regarding the promotion of health in the university context.
