Knowledge has been considered from scientific administration as a most important element in organizations, which has been consolidated through systematization in the search for efficiency. For this reason, in this study, the main objective is to express the importance of knowledge management for the improvement of the administrative process in the Human Talent departments of the Decentralized Autonomous Governments of Ecuador and in particular of the Isidro Ayora canton. To verify the proposed objective, a documentary analysis was carried out with a focus on the Training of Human Talent to improve the administrative process, because this process must promote changes in the management of the activities and procedures that are carried out. the Decentralized Autonomous Governments. In this context, effectively managing human resources is evident due to the need to also enhance the competencies of Human Talent based on strengthening the performance conditions and needs of workers. This will make it possible to provide solutions to various problems that develop in order to achieve good performance, as well as manage the tasks that are carried out in said governments, and therefore the labor needs of the workers.
