A case of facial leiomyoma is reported in this paper. Approximately 70 cases had been reported in the oral and maxillofacial regions until the year 200e. Taking into account the causistry of leiomyoma, we decided to present a new case making comments on clinical and histopathological aspects and to make a literature review in this regard. Here is the case of a female patient diagnosed with facial leiomyoma by clinical and histological means at "Manuel Ascunce" teaching clinical-surgical hospital in Camaguey province where she was also surgically treated.
