The case of a patient with a cutaneous B-cell pseudolymphoma, Lymphocytoma cutis variety, an entity characterized by reactive processes of the skin that may be clinical and histopathologically mistaken for authentic malignant lymphomas. The greatest challenge for these cases is to be able to differentiate these 2 entities between themselves, since both are considered as the spectrum of a same entity, which confers various diagnostic, therapeutic and pathogenic implications. That's why, the patients should be under close surveillance. Immunopathological, histological and therapeutic aspects are reviewed. This is the first observation of facial manifestations of these entities in our environment.
