This work has been the product of a great deal of investigation, compilation, and arrangement of the information from different international sources which reflect the behaviour of multinational pharmaceutical enterprises in relation to their position within the world drug market. That's why this paper may constitute a useful reference work for the specialists interested in drug marketing and drug enterprises (ERON and MEDICUBA), MINSAP (IMEFA) and also in entities from scientific centers of the western pole of Havana.
