Diagnostic and immunological studies were conducted among 15 patients with acute anterior uveitis. Treatment with IGEMAN, IgA and IgM enriched immunoglobulin of national production, was indicated. The conventional treatment was obviated. The disease was reduced in only 2 weeks and no worsening was observed during 48 months.
