A new technology for the production of salbutamol syrup is presented aimed at eliminating the problems of chemical and physical stability of the previous formulation, which had a useful life of less than 6 months. It was possible to obtain a new formulation that met all the quality specifications required for this drug. It was proved that its useful life increased up to 2 years stored at room temperature in its original bottle.
