The development of state-of-the-art technologies for the preparation of cytostatics acquires special interest owing to both the low selectivity of these drugs and their high toxicity. The application of chemotherapeutic drugs in the treatment of cancer through state-of-the-art techniques may be one of the most important choices for improving the efficacy of therapies and the quality of life of patients. This research paper was aimed at assessing the present trend in the behavior of such technologies for the generic drugs for cancer chemotherapy , taking the evaluation of world leading authors and organizations and the scientific activity in this field as well as the process of application for patents as a basis.
