The study of preformulation of mitomycin C 2 mg was conducted to obtain a physical and chemically stable lyophilized. The steps followed for the disolution of the active principle were briefly described. The stability studies by the shelf life method under nomal conditions of temperature and refrigeration using high resolution liquid chromatography allowed to quantify the active principle and to establish the time of useful life of the finished and reconstituted product. The absence of living and developing microorganisms in the finished product was proved.
