A alternating and analytical method was developed and validated for quality control of Pilocarpine eyedrops by UV spectrophotometry, since this method is more fast, simple, and cheap. Also, for stability study by high performance liquid chromatography, reported analytical method was validated. Both methods were statistically compared, and were specific, linear, accurate, and in the rank of study concentrations.
