The case of a 18-year old, white, male patient presenting with respiratory manifestations of cough, expectoration, thoracic pain, and a chest radiography showing a mass of the left upper lobe, is reported. After performing a minimal pleurotomy and a biopsy, a pulmonary blastoma was diagnosed. The patient underwent a pneumonectomy and subsequently he received polychemotherapy.
