A case of a 21-year old, white female patient who during the last two years presented with repeated pneumonia picture in the right lung and sibilant rale, in addition to an X-ray chest at admission with atelectasis of the medial lobe, is reported. A tumor occluding the entrance of such lobe was detected by bronchoscopy. The patient underwent a right pneumectomy. A polypoid lesion of 2.5 cm which was found to be a low grade bronchial mucoepidermoid carcinoma was evidenced.
