A patient was reported to have acne conglobata diagnosed three years ago approximately. He presented with worsening of his lesions, deteriorated general condition, fever, anemia, weight loss, accelerated erythrosedimentation and altered hepatic functional tests, all this was considered to be an indicator of a case of acne fulminans. The patient was treated with steroids and antibiotics as well as surgery and grafting
