It is known that the reappearance of tuberculosis in the world is a serious problem for public health, not only for the underdeveloped countries, but also for the highly developed countries that have sufficient resources to fight this disease. The association of the HIV with M. Tuberculosis has produced a HIV-TB coinfection of unexpected results for the patient’s life. In the present paper, a sample of 60 necropsies of HIV infected patients was reviewed, data and the anatomopathological summaries were taken from the medical histories of the studied patients. 2 of them were carriers of pulmonary or systemic tuberculosis. It was proved that the clinical diagnosis made did not include tuberculosis suspicion. The clinical signs of the disease in these seropositive patients were shown and a clinicopathological correlation was established in each case.
