A descriptive observational study of a 36-year-old patient that suffers from dyspnoea, easy fatigue, and chest pain on exertion was conducted aimed at presenting a rare disease in which the clinical data of right heart failure should be taken into consideration. It was evaluated and analyzed the radiological study carried out 10 years ago that helped to make the diagnosis of chronic calcified constrictive pericarditis and which was not observed at that time.
