Occurrence of highly malignant non-Hodgkin lymphomas in the heart is extremely rare. Their clinical manifestations vary with the location of the tumor. Therefore, their presence should be suspected whenever an intracardiac mass is observed. A case is presented of diffuse large B-cell stage IV non-Hodgkin lymphoma exclusively by the echocardiographic finding of an intracardiac mass.
