We performed a descriptive study in 150 adolescents from "República de Nicaragua" Secondary School in Cerro Municipality (age: 12 and 14 years) to know presence of sleep disorders, to identify features, and to assess influence of environmental factors on its appearance. Authors made a survey, which underlines that main sleep disorders were: non-refreshing sleep and to awake some times during the night, where both disorders prevailed in male sex. We concluded that most of the adolescents presenting with sleep disorders, and relationships at home, have a key role.
