A study of 66 pediatric patients operated on from complicated Meckel´s diverticulum in university pediatric hospitals ""William Soler" (15 years), "Pedro Borrás" (15 years) and Centro Habana/10 years) was carried out. The highest incidence was in the 0-2y age group with 25 patients for 37,9 %. Males were predominant with 71,2 %. Diverticulitis was the most frequent complication in 48,5 % of cases. Heterotopy was found in 33,3 % of cases and the highest incidence corresponded to the gastric one. Forty five patients (68,2 %) were performed resection and termino-terminal anastomosis. The most frequent complication was surgical wound sepsis.
