It is reported about a 12-years-old patient who presented with a blood hypertension crisis with figures of 160mm as maximum and 100mm as minimun. When he was examined, the abdominal ultrasound revealed that he had a wandering spleen located in pelvic position and the splenic cell was empty. The patient was operated on and performed splenopexy, with satisfactory recovery. No high blood pressure figures were detected in the post-operatory period.
