Abstract

The multiple cartilaginea exostosis is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by multiple cartilage excrescences generally located in bones of extremities. This disease has been associated with the Langer Giedion syndrome, acute myeloid leukemia, ankylosing spondylitis and Down's syndrome. Authors present the case a girl aged 6 presenting tumor in extremities, the ribs and skull alterations. Apparently, this is the first case of multiple cartilaginea exostosis cared for and documented in the Children Teaching Hospital of San Miguel del Padrón municipality.
