Abstract

Trachea atresia is an uncommon affection in newborn and usually it is associated with other complex malformations on which in medical literature have been registered more than 100 cases. This is the case of a male newborn presenting with trachea atresia and tracheoesophageal fistulas, cardiac and gastrointestinal anomalies with a survival of 81 h.
