Intestinal intussusceptions is a frequent cause of occlusive syndrome in breastfeeding and ileocolic intussusceptions is the most frequent one, but jejuno-jejunal intussusceptions has low incidence at pediatric ages. It is said that over 50 % of cases are seen in children older than 10 years and generally secondary to intestinal polyps, more frequently with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome. They are hamartomatosus, potentially malignant polyps, hence, these patients should be strictly followed-up. This is the case of a 13 years-old boy, with a history of this type of syndrome, who was admitted to the hospital because on colic-type abdominal pain and vomiting. Simple abdominal X-ray showed pattern of intestinal occlusion. Abdominal echography with target images indicated intestinal intussusception. The patient was operated on and underwent intestinal resection and termino-terminal anastomosis due to existing intestinal polyp in the jejunum. He recovered satisfactorily. A literature review was made on this infrequent ailment.
