Results:

Those diagnosed with COVID-19 in Cuba, in the ages from 0 to 18 years, account for 10.6 % of the total confirmed. 50.4 % are male and 49.6 % female. The incidence rate at the national level is approximately 10.63 infants aged 0 to 18 infected with COVID-19 per 100,000 inhabitants of the age group. 5.7 % of the total number of patients tested represents children under one-year-old.

Conclusions:

Until June 22, 2020, 246 children aged 0 to 18 have got ill in Cuba. The highest numbers are concentrated in the male sex, in the subgroup of 15-18 years old, and in the provinces Havana and Villa Clara.
