There was a descriptive study of a group of 9 patients who were diagnosed with urogenital endometriosis, and were assisted in the Urology Service of the Universitary Hospital General "Calixto García" in the period 1990-1995. It included: ages, symptoms and signs, inmagenologic findings, treatment and evolution. Endometriosis was found to appear in fertile ages of life and its predominant symptomps are secondary to the affection in the ureter intramural portion. The surgical treatment was used in case of complications. The malignant transformation is not much frequent.
