A 45-year-old patient with Krukenberg tumor that underwent surgery at “Ramón González Coro” Gynecoobstetric Hospital is presented. At first it was considered as a possible complicated uterine myoma and both tumoral ovaries were identified in the transoperative. The clinical diagnosis was suspected on localizing a tumor in the digestive tract. It was confirmed as a Krukenberg tumor through the anatomopathological study.
