CABRERA DANIEL, Pedro et al. Personalidad y estrés en el personal sometido a un trabajo de tensión y riesgo. Rev Cub Med Mil [online]. 2000, vol.29, n.2, pp.79-83. ISSN 0138-6557.
A study of some stress aspects (vulnerability and signs), of personality qualities, temperament and typological characteristics of the nervous system was carried out in a group of specialists subjected to stressful and risky works. For this research study, we used a set of psychological tests and instruments made up of a stress sign questionnaire, the regressive numerical calculation test associated with heart frequency; Catell's 16 PF personality inventory and Spielberger, vulnerability, Eysenck and Kasan tests. The conclusions allowed us to detect the percentage of persons vulnerable to stress and those who present light and severe stress signs and also to determine the kind of temperament. The typological features of the nervous system of the vulnerable personnel as well as personality qualities such as reservedness, timidity, emotionalism and distrust were identified.
